Wednesday
1. Write a story using 8 or more spelling words.
2. Read 2 decodables to an adult and have them inital both books
3.Take a practice spelling test. (parents give the words out of order) MBS

Thursday
1. do the 4 math pages assigned in math homework book (ONLY do pages assigned)
2.Read 2 decodables to another adult have the adult time you with a one mintue sand timer.
also have them inital both books and write how many words you read in a mintue.

I have been teaching public school since 1987. However I started working with children when I was 12 years old. I began working with children in New York during the summer with a Headstart Program. My little brother was in the program when it first began and I volunteered my services in the summer.
Before working for the public schools I worked as a headstart teacher. I worked for Azteca Headstart, Los Angeles Urban League Headstart, and Training & Technical Headstart.
I really enjoy what I do and give 120%. I expect my parents to help me help their children to do the best job they can.
